I NEED SERIOUS HELP(with a project, not me :P)

I am making a project this weekend and it involves something I need advice on :3. It involves a jacket and felt Happy. Is there any way that I can make the felt stand up on the jacket in any way, and stay up.... How would I make the felt stand up on the hood and back (if it's possible)? Please help me. THANKS! Tongue

So when I did mustaches on a stick I used two pieces of felt and used a layer of hot glue in-between the two pieces. That made it so they would remain firm and not floppy. Hope that give you some idea!

I made a dinosaur hoodie this way. take two pieces of felt in the shape you need, sew them together on all the edges except for the on thats going to be sewed onto the jacket... stuff it with a little stuffing and sew it on the jacket.

depending on how thick and sturdy your felt is it will stay up on its own. a classmate made a coat out of felt, it was this carpet felt thing, about 0.5cm thick, really strongly felted and it was so sturdy that it stood up all alone in a good way, but it wasn´t very comfortable i have to admit.
maybe you can use some iron-on interlining?
