Birthday gift for boyfriends Grandmother

Hey, I'm a bit stumped on a gift. She's turning 61, but is the most spry/stylish person I've ever met.
They always treat me great, so I'd like to make her something as opposed to buying.
I was thinking some kind of accessory, jewlerry or hair.
I'm having trouble deciding what is 'aproperiate' and not 'too young', so if you guys have been in a similar situation I'd love to know why you did.
Thanks so much!

I made by fiance's gran some stuff for xmas. Made an apron for kitchen/gardening, a memo board for her new kitchen and knitting needle roll up.
What does she like?

She likes all sorts of things, cooking, clothing (all sorts of bright and kitchy stuff). Both his grandparets are incredibly doting to their persian cat aswell.
An apron is actually quite a great idea!
Ideally, I'd have love to make her something for the home, but she's got one of those acclectic apartments that's full of EVERYTHING. It's very decoartated.

Perhaps you could make her a hat with a matching tote or something?

What about some homemade soap or bath salts?
Women love getting soaps and lotions and we hardly ever buy them for ourselves.

I followed this tutorial and the results were amazing! Plus the ingredients are way cheaper then store-bought.Good luck.

if she's quite stylish then why not a vintage style apron? Then she can still look good whilst cooking!! I'd love one of those Happy
