how to make a teddybear mask?

hi,
one of my friends wanted to make a teddybear mask(the one wich is usually part of a suit) I said I'd help him... but I really don't have a clue how to make one XD. if someone has any idea how to do that,please let me know^^

Do you have a michael's store in your town(or near by)? Do you have any big craft stores? They usually sell blank masks that you can decorate. They might have a teddy bear shaped one Happy Hope I helped Happy
