What do you make for an organic snob?

How about some sort of woven basket? they're handy and don't need to look "cheap". Or a shopping bag from former juice containers or coffee bags, I've seen them pretty expensive in stores.

I wouldn't say the bags made out of old juice containers, they look cheap to me and probably would to organic snobs.

How about a woven basket, filled with organic...things? I think thats thoughtful, and cute.

Yeah. but what kind of organic things? I can spend about 10 bucks on them :S
I was thinking of assembling a basket full of homemade body scrubs and other spa goodies. What do you guys think?
I just found out how to make organic Vanilla extract but it feels rude to give a gift that requires shaking once a day for 2 months

I'd say make them a terrarium, that way no labels to read and you can get most of the supplies at a good dollar store! I made this one http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/mossy-terrariums for my grandpa, not that he's an organic snob or anything he just loves his garden and we get 5 months of snow. Besides if you do it right they can look expensive!

Felecity, love to have that recipe for the vanilla, your right, looks like a gift that needs to be made ahead of time, we make the same kind of concoctions, must turn or shake, stays in the dark...ugh!
I like your spa gift idea, fancy up some packing and you will be fine!

@MindyMelee That shirt idea is awesome, I don't think they would wear it unless it was handwoven by blind children in Uganda though...I may have to make one for myself, cute saying Happy

Funny thing, my SIL is making the Vanilla Extract I don't mind the effort it will require. Next year I plan on making Vanilla Extract in advance for my side of the family.
I have made some body scrub so far, Lemon Eucalyptus, and Cinnamon scented. Got some spa scrubbies, loofahs, and soft soy socks to beef up the baskets.
My hubby is making Turkey Jerky, chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate covered Espresso beans, and Mexican hot chocolate mix.
