not quite sure if you are literally talking about quarters but if you are, you know the metal ones, I'd just jet a little jewelers saw (though you can get them at home depot for a couple bucks) and a clamp and just cut it myself

@ Sofia C. A fat quarter is a quarter-yard of fabric, but rather than being cut off the bolt at the standard 9" long for a quarter-yard, it is actually a half-yard of fabric cut in half so each piece is 18" x 22".

@ Josie, pretty sure I have seen them pre-bundled...I may be wrong though. If you buy the material there I don't see why they would object to cutting it HOWEVER you wish Happy

You can buy fat quarters at Joann's.They are generally on the shelves between the bolts (rolls) of fabric.Folded into little squares. It's well worth checking out if it's cheaper to buy off the roll though depends on what your making.
They are generally really happy to help with questions so don't be afraid to ask.I can't remember the minimum width to sell think 1/4yrd
OK I did a little more research and you would probably have to cut your own as fat quarters are half the width of a piece of fabric.
Word of caution-fat quarters can be addictive so go with a good plan of what you want to achieve.
