Blind Stitch

Hi all,

I'm new here and am about to enter into the world of plushie making. I have all the equipment and am raring to go, except for one thing...
I have no idea how to do a blind stitch that will close up the gap for stuffing.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial or offer any advice?

Man, I hate blind stitch. My mom taught me when I was really little.... perhaps I'll look at this as well. Happy Mine always come undone! xD
