Craft DRill

Hello..

Looking for advice - i want to buy a craft drill for small plastic bits, buttopns and charms, metal discs etc.

What is the best one, safe and easy to use and obtain drill its??

Are you after hand-cranked or powered?

I recently picked up a Draper 79340 Multi Tool, and am pretty happy with it. As well as having drill bits it also has has attachments for filing/grinding/cutting.

I hear good things about Dremel, but they are a little out of my price range
