Help, all my pictures are purple!

All of a sudden the pictures I take with my Olympus 740 camera are purple and have stripes on them. It was gone for a while but now it's back. Does anyone know how to solve that? Olympus customer service isn't replying my question.

I did a quick google and it seems to be a CCD (image sensor) failure. Olympus are one of the few companies that will fix the issue so just persevere with them=)

Thanks! I probably should have search google in english too. I only tried it in dutch and it didn't give any results. But now I know what it is and knowing they will fix it if I'm persistant it's probably a ot easier to get an answer from them.

yeah, def a problem with the image sensor. Do you have it under warrenty? If you do, you can just go to the store and they will give you a new one

It happened to me before, your camera is dying Happy not battery, you know what I mean.
