Crafty Computers

Ok, so I convinced my husband to buy me a color printer and some kind of art program for x-mas this year but I have to pick it out. I have no idea where to begin.. theres so much out there. For the program, I want to be able to alter photos and resize, collage..etc. I need help, any suggestions? I have a dell pc if that helps Tongue

I really like paintshop pro for messing with photos and also for making digital collages. Photoshop is good too, though for the collage I think paintshop has the edge. I found it easier to get started with anyway.
