Best Sealant for Glittery Boots?

I'm planning a project where I spray paint thrifted cowboy boots with glittery paint and then paint over that with a sealant so that the glitter doesn't fall off so easy. What would be the best to use? I was going to use glossy spray sealant, but will that be too stiff? What about Modge Podge? Will that end up yellowing? I need something kind of flexible... Any ideas?

I would just use the spray Polycrylic. Even a Krylon sealer is good. Also, Golden Paints and Liquitex both make a good brush on varnish that should do the trick. I use the Liquitex varnish for many projects using glitter.
