You could use them to stuff pillows or stuffed animals.

I think I'd best post some bead babes. You could make crazy quilt fabric and then create wrist bands. These look way pretty.Fabric bowls can be in the same way.I saw a great idea where you just sort scraps colorwise and make new fabric.I also make fabric pictures and ATC.There is a book around if you want the details I could find them !

I've also seen where, at least with felt, you can turn them into beads! Or you could sew 'em all together and make a mini quilt! ^.^

It would be neat if a bunch of us who have scraps, swap for quilt squares.. we would all have a similar looking colorful quilt.. then we could post pictures after and see how they turn out. Always wanted to try a quilt. and winter is coming up Tongue

I would sign up.. if I knew where it was, lol.. still quite new here Tongue

I wonder how big the squares should be? I want to make a quilt regardless, more patterns would be way more interesting.

i deleted it when no ones signed up lol most people make it 4" squares i think.. but i guess it really depends on the person making it i like the quilts with stripes instead of squares

I keep all of my small scraps too...Some I use to make fabric covered buttons, then these turn into, hair ties, hair bands, rings etc. everything but buttons lol...some can be used for small stuffies (very small)...some I patchwork together and make bigger items out of....ohhh and I've even used them in collages, cards, atcs etc, just glue them on paper..

I use my scraps for quilt sqares ( I am going to make one out of all the fabric I have used since getting a sewing machine a year ago ) and for making iron on patches.
