Does anyone know how to make this?

My mum came home with a presant from work and it was beautiful. The box was handmade and is about 5 inches high with the lid on.

But when you take the lid off, the sides fall down (it's meant too) leaving her with some choccies inside. It is so pretty as it's decorated with proper patterned card and glitter and stuff. I just thought it would be a nice idea for the future. Does anyone have a template or know how to mkae these?
