CAPES!!

i reallyreally want a cape, but wasnt able to get one when halloween shopping. does anyone have any idea how to make one or a pattern?

Actually... I just realised I didn't. I made like I was making a half circle skirt, only I popped a hood in instead (which I followed the above pattern for)

I made one by just sew through the top of the sheet [I forget what its called but its the one where its like... _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ yea, like that kind of stich] and pulled tight so that the sheet got ruffled, and made it as small as it needed to be to fit the hood. Then I just attached the hood and yea... there ya go. It was awesome Happy I was proud.
