Can Not Add 'Version' on any project

Everytime I click 'add ur version' it goes to the 'new version' page 'save' or 'cancel' I click 'save' and it goes straight to 'How to' or 'Creation', normally I just upload the pics for a version but it won't go to the right page now, help!
I've checked other projects and it happens on all of them???
