Concerts?

Anybody been to any good concerts lately?

I went to the Stephen and Damien Marley concert, a reggea festival with a couple bands, and the X concert.

There are a few more bands comming out here soon, so hopefully I'll go Happy

Apart from festivals, I haven't really been to any gigs lately. I went to Mindless Self Indulgence and Duke Special last year, and Dead Kennedys in June (I think), but that's it. I'm seeing Amanda Palmer in October though, which I'm just indescribably excited about because I LOVE her with all my heart

They were AWESOME! I mean, it's only like two original members, but East Bay Ray was incredible, and the singer - although not quite as good as Jello Biafra - was actually awesome =)

I was on the barrier though, and lots of middle-aged, repressed skinheads moshing behind you HURTS. I almost blacked out a few times and kept thinking I was gonna throw up. And when I came out my ribs hurt sooooo much. Oh and the singer kept jumping into the crowd and accidentally strangling me with his mic chord =P but the drummer kept giving me sympathetic smiles haha

HAHA! THATS SO COOL! I've only ever got to push the barracade once, but it was so fun. I love it! It was at the X concert, and I ALMOST got the set list, but some whore jumped the barrier and got it before me! My friend aleasha got the drum stick from the opening band Happy

If I really like the band I normally go on the barrier. In fact, I generally try to either go on the barrier or stay quite far back, as I don't like being in the middle of the crowd

I watched John Mayer and Paramore tuesday night at Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre in Charlotte, NC. It was phenomenal, it was definitely worth every penny to see

I saw Paramore in May last year and I wasn't too impressed. It was a small venue (500 people) and I don't think they'd got the sound set up right because I couldn't hear the singing over everyone in the audience singing along. Plus they were trying a bit too hard which kinda annoyed me :\

July 25th i went to a jonas brothers concert in hershey, Pa
Demi Lovato opened, then Avril Lavigne came out, and the Jonas Brothers closed!

They all sounded really good live
