Play Musical Instruments?

I had 11 years of classical training on the piano - so I guess that's the one I really play - altho it's been almost 9 years since those lessons and I've gotten a little sloppy.

About ten years ago I was the guitarist/vocalist for a little punk group called The Commanders... we didn't go terribly far after the record label shelved us. Bah.

About 4 years ago I was the vocalist/accordion/synth player for The Lip Tricks - another group that only went as far as outrageous barn parties in the deep south. ;)

Other than that I just started to dabble with the bass

Making music >/= Oxygen

I sing and play guitar, but I DESPERATELY want to play the hurdy gurdy. I've never even heard of anyone in my country playing one though so finding a teacher would be impossible. Even finding the instrument will be impossible.. =

I play:
-Flute (this will be my 7th year)
-Piano (for almost 11 years, I play quite badly)
-5 weeks of guitar lessons (because my friend has a short attention span and can't concentrate in lessons)

I want to learn how to play more cultural(is that the right word?) flutes, such as chinese transverse and vertical flutes, tin whistle, native american (which I was haunted by throughout my vacation to the Grand Circle. They were EVERYWHERE!)etc.

Oh, and a few weeks of tonette lessons in elementary school from a latchkey teacher

I can play everything in the clarinet family. I started playing the regular in fifth grade, fell in love, and kept playing till my senior year. In junior high, I started playing bass clarinet, then in high school, I started digging around in the storage and found an alto clarinet, a soprano clarinet, and a contrabass. I actually had to sit on a stack of books to the contra. Then finally in my senior year I taught myself to play oboe(AMAZING!!) and flute. Also, I can mess around on guitar and piano and I sang tenor(yes with the boys) for a community choir concert. It was fun cause it was me and two other guys singing tenor.

I can play guitar, I've been playing for about.... 5 1/2 years now, seriously, not just because. I've played guitar in general longer than that though.
I play a Gibson acoustic that's about 35-40 years old, and an Epiphone Les Paul.
I also can play bass, and I'm re learning piano. :3

I also know recorder from elementary school! I can play a mean version of three blind mice!

I played clarinet for almost 10 years.

I tried to teach myself banjo but failed miserably.

I am now trying to teach myself ukulele - which seems a lot easier than the banjo.

I've played violin since early elementary school, and I've been singing for many years. (I am a soprano with an E3 to E6 range.) Although I am thinking about learning how to play the piano or the harp too.
