Any suggestions?

I love reading (when I'm in the mood).
I usually like to read teen books (even tho I'm 7 years over my teen years :/ ), but sometimes I read something from the adult section. I like easy reading, u know?

I like:

Vampires
Ghosts/Mediators
Modern fantasy
Must reads (like Sabriel, Alex Rider, etc)

Any suggestions? Apart from the obvious like HP and Twilight

Thank you Happy

I recently started reading the Game of Thrones books, (since my computer is too old and slow for Netflix, so I haven't seen too much of the show). It's a pretty loooong series, but I'm really into it. Knights, swordfighting, icy ghosts, and the like...

My Kindle app suggested a series called the Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead that seemed to have good reviews.

There's also an author named Chrissy Peebles that seems to have promising novels.

The Divergent series by Veronica Roth seems to be pretty popular right now, I think that's sort of Hunger Games-y inspired, but I'm not sure.

The Mortal Instruments series seems interesting, and they just came out with the first movie.

Another popular series I really want to check out is the Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare..

I suggest becoming a member of Goodreads.com if you already haven't. You can browse a huge selection of just about every category and read recommendations and such. It's addicting Happy

I don't know. Hope that helps...

The Reformed Vampire Support Group by Catherine Jinks is a fun read. Diary of a Wimpy Vampire by Tim Collins is supposed to be good as well. And I've been wanting to check out the GhostGirl books for a few years now. They are never in the library though.

Don't worry, I'm 21 and I think I will be hooked on young-adult literature for many years to come Happy
Must-read (read as: There is a movie recently, but I prefered to read the book first): Beautiful creatures (and sequels) by Garcia&Stohl
Warm Bodies by Isaac Marion

Modern fantasy:
Trylle series (first book is called Switched) by Amanda Hocking
Wings (and sequels) by Aprillyne Pike
If you want to read some more adult fantasy, try His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman (first book is The Golden Compass)
