it is a good argument.

I think there are so many arguments, because pretty much everyone who is SURE is either uninformed or misinformed.

This is just idle speculation from my encounters with religions zealouts, and then just people with faith. It always seem to be that the zealots are the ones with the wrong/mis-information. The ones with faith who are modest about it, and though devout, know its THEIR religion, not anyone elses... those are the people I love talking to. They are the ones who read and find out and are interested and believe, not because their parents told them to, but because its what they feel deep in their heart.

the more zealots, the more idiocy. The more idiocy, the more incorrect information. The more incorrect information, the more arguments AGAINST it.

Which is why I think religious zealots are stupid. They are working against their own goal.

Religious leaders in the country have united to ask people not to vote for the BNP (British National Party - they deny that they're pro white power etc but they are) Happy I actually said 'RIGHT ON!' when I heard it on the news LOL. BNP said that religious leaders shouldn't get involved in politics which sometimes is true but I'm so glad they have this time.

Yes it pisses me off that the pope goes to countries where his word is valued and says such stupid ignorant things like that, "condoms increase hiv/aids".!!
But what do I expect? That is the catholic churches views, which they rarely change, so no surprise really.

yeah, like, in my mind. You can't stop adultery, and in poorer conturies wherepeople have little to enterian themselves or distract themselves, you should allow those things. Stop children that will be neglected, and all the other problems. eriously.

right, its like religion is fading out, maybe scientific advances are the new religion. As a man with so much power, he should move more with the times. And if you think about it, the catholic church has more scandals then a cult. Abuse, wrongful teachings to the public, like birth control needs to be spoken about, protection against STI's...a heathy following is better then a broken down following

Yeh michelle! I totally agree they should move with the times! I always think who the are they to say what God wants. They don't embrace the world around us they just tell us whats wrong with it.

I have to admit though, occasionally I have walked home on my own at night and when I pass the vicarage I think 'if something happened right now, I could run to the vicar!'
