Hallelujah!

You may have remembered me complaining about my upstairs neighbours a while ago, they've been an absolute nightmare over the past months and today the landlords came round to kick them out! I'm so happy. They owe 1500 pounds in rent and they're coming back at 12pm tomorrow to kick them out for good, they came to change the locks today and everything. I couldn't be happier - this is one of the main things that had been getting me down recently, so it's going to be such a weight off my mind.

Thats great news! I totally feel your pain, my upstairs as I have said is a bitch! She pays on time and all that, so I doubt the landlord would kick her out for being noisy sometimes.

I hope you get some nicer people next!

Ya, we got the same problem with the upstairs. There really noisy, but complain when we are even a little loud (even if it's before quiet hour) Luckily we are moving!

Hooray! Let's hope you get some nice crafty neighbours in place of them.

We have the neighborhood trickster moving in next 2 us. Yikes!
I only hope he would get kicked out!
Their yard is disgusting though, and the police have already posted a notice about them.
& its only been something like 3 months!
Horrah!
There is still hope!

This reminds me, at the end of the next street there are 15 one bedroomed apartments being built. We're not in the nicest of areas to be honest and a prison is right down the road (my dad used to work there as it happens) and so a lot of residents think there will be a lot of ex - cons in there and such and that it will make the 'neighbourhood' horrible and residents sent letters to the council arguing against them about 3 times and it's still being built. At first I thought people were over reacting but 15 one bedroomed apartments arent exactly family accomodation.
