Weight loss.

I've decided it's time for me to lose weight, I have a goal of getting rid of my belly which jiggles during sex (so off-putting for me) and after trying jogging/running today, my butt, each cheek jiggles up and down when jogging Happy
I felt so lousy today when I started as I only got about 20 paces of a medium speed jog (faster then a power walk, but not full speed sprint) and started to get out of breath.
When I was 16 I was chubby, in pictures I can see it in my face and arms. I didn't consciously do anything to lose weight, although I think I walked more to catch a bus to school.
I don't know much about diets, and I'm a very fussy eater (bad experience when I was a small child) I know I wouldn't be able to do the 3 day diet, don't like tuna and I never have any sort of hot drinks.
I weigh 76.5 kilos and I'm 5foot8. BMI about 25.5. Apparently I'm skin and bones says my mum, but the belly and butt jiggling, and the size 18 or 20 trousers say differently. I've got big boobs, they probably weigh about half a stone.
I just want to lose the belly+butt and be more healthier. I'm going to go for a run every day, can't do push-ups or sit-ups and don't want to spend money on a gym membership again.
I am scared that I will become obese like my grandparents (3 of them) and my father (he was morbidly obese).
I just don't know what to do. My fiancé is being supportive
I want to have no belly and a smaller butt when I get married in 2 years time.

Nikki, these exercises really helped for me, before Happy The first few days, your legs and ass will be really sore, but you will notice a difference (:

I just started my 3rd month of weight watchers and I've lost 20 pounds.
HOLY CRAPINSKI!
I'm doing it all online using the phone app (or my computer when I'm at home). It's easy and you don't have to pay for a stupid calender or booklet anymore. You don't have to go to the stupid meetings either (honestly, that's what made me stop weight watchers years ago before smart phones came out)

If you've got the spare money then I HIGHLY recommend it.

Try a hula hoop Happy I've heard that they can be pretty good for your tummy, if you can keep it up that is. Dont know if it actually works or not but they're fun! Nikki I know how you feel about the whole only being able to jog a couple paces and being out of breath, I always feel kinda crappy when i get on our exercise bike and only last like two minutes. I used to be reasonably fit, so I just think wow what happened.
