I agree but they cant just go slapping rape charges at every one involved that's why the real criminals get away with it, it would ruin someone to have that happen to them when they were innocent. Sometimes it's sad but people make these things up or just assume it happened because they were too drunk to remember which is even more horrible when there are real rape victims out there who haven't had the support they need.
