Yay, finally Happy

I'm always surprised by how little the international postage is. I've sent normal-sized parcels to South Africa and to the U.S. for less than £3 each!

Is it cheaper to post U.K. to abroad because we have a nationalised postal service maybe?

WOW! I have no idea, but I was thinking the same thing today about the Israeli post office. To post a package that is 50 grams or less, I found out today, it's only 10 shekels--about $2.50.

so i recently sent out 4 packages,all with in the Us 3 made it, 1 hasnt. The one package I was hoping would get to it destination, sooner than the others has taken the longest, matter of fact its on its way back to me?! it made it all the way to the GA scan, stayed in transit from Oct. 31~Nov.7 and today i check and its back in WA. I cant wait to find out why it made a full circle...

Weird.

Currently, I am waiting for a late swap (not counting the one that got lost) and a package my mom sent.

I told a few people from COK this... I found out yesterday that NOW in Israel they are making ANYONE who has a package pay approx. $10 just to receive the package!!!!!!! I seriously flipped out.... like, had a meltdown when I heard that. Then a petition was started.... and of course I signed, but seriously, I was about ready to hunt down the thief who signed this into law!!!!

I sent somebody something from Canada to England before. I sent it a month before his birthday. It showed up in about 1 week after I sent it. It only cost me $7 to send as well.
