We're sorry... the site will be awesome soon... promise!

Hey guys,

So it's been a really tough week on the site and we seem to be battling with complaints constantly. We're sorry about the adverts from hell, that we don't have Parental Advisory warnings and that we can't import from your blogs elsewhere yet. At the moment it's just Tom and I trying to squeeze as much work in as we can in the evenings and weekends, but I know we're not able to get as much done to keep you all as happy as we'd like.

The good news is Tom is finally able to come to CO+K full time in November, so we'll be able to get the site exactly the way you want it. In the meantime, please just put up with us. We'd like the site to be awesome too, we just don't have the resources at the moment.

I agree! Even if you do see us complaining (I haven't seen it, but you're probably here 24/7 whereas I'm only here.... 23/6.5, lol), it's out of love. Happy

I think the site is awesome now, and I think it's even better that you and Tom care so much! We love youuuu. Happy

You guys are doing a great job, and good on you for putting up with the moaning :p you can't please everyone unfortunately. The only thing that's really annoyed me about this site was the flash up advert but that is pretty much gone, and I try to suggest other ways of overcoming that problem instead of moaning, so hope that kinda helped otherwise sorry for the whinging and keep up the good work! Happy

The only thing bugging me is that I can't go to my projects to edit anything. T_T I have ad block on fire fox so the ads don't bug me.

I'm with Ruby W, the only thing that was bugging me was the adverts really. I've not had problems with anything else thus far, and as Rachie said if we do moan it's only out of love. People get frustrated but we don't mean it in a nasty way.

I can't wait to see all of Tom's full time efforts come November.

i understand running a website for thousands of people is costant work. thank you for making a great home for us all!!!
while yes, it is annoying not to be able to edit projects , i dont mind waiting. pop ups dont bother me really, there is less pop ups here than on youtube or sites like that. Happy

Come November I'll put together a plan of things I'll be working on, starting with the current issues on the site. I'm looking into these project editing issues just now, so hopefully that'll be fixed before then.

Love you two to death Tom and Cat for the site, it's great! I loved it from day one (when I stumbled into it LOL) and the adverts don't bother me much either. The only thing at the moment that's annoying is not being able to edit my thread titles for my swap(s) or post to it for the matter. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the site, it's already awesome!!!
