They look in your packages? The UK post office has NEVER looked inside my package, while I was there anyway. All they do is ask if I have anything valuable in there so that you can buy, a sort of insurance incase they lose your stuff I guess.

Rachie: Aw I'm glad someone tried to help you. The only thing you can do is play them at their own game, you are a paying customer therefore you have SOME basic rights, if they haven't posted your stuff then they haven't fulfilled their end of the bargain/contract/service which you have paid for!! How would they feel if they paid you for sending a package, you took their money and never carried out their job? The basic principle is the same no matter where you are really...

I paid extra for a tracking system for the last 3 packages I sent out--I checked them today and so far, all I know is that they were sent via airmail outside the country. 2 are in the USA somewhere and 1 is in China somewhere. Well... China doesn't have a tracking system, and the USPS can't seem to locate my packages. PERFECT.

Anyway, at least they made it to their destination countries. Hopefully they will make it to their new homes soon.... I think it's been about 2 weeks since they landed in the USA, so really, they should have gotten there by now. >.<
