College costs

I just signed up for a summer class at our community college and it was $359. For just one class. Because of my scholarship I have never had to pay but a whole lot more people would go to collge if it were cheaper.

My friend got offered 5 sponsorships from different uni's but the catch is he has to attend school far away Happy
but theres really nice loan programs in Canada, so it's alright i guess.

I just graduated from college and the whole thing was easily 50k. It is ridiculous. But Lovette is right, Canada is cheaper! Happy

yeah, but be wary of loans, the interest rate has gone up again. I have been paying my loan off for 10 years

i don't know if this applies to everyone

but my religion is against interest, because we believe it is unfair, if you borrow 5 bucks, you should return exactly that.

So the loan program my friend has has basically no interest! isnt that cool?
