Tim's gone nocturnal, and while it's occasionally annoying, last night was really nice. We were in his room together, but he played games while I went to bed, and it was really comforting to know that he was there while I was asleep. And when I woke up he' come and kiss me. And he got some writing done!

Just talk to him, ask him where he thinks he stands with you and where he sees your relationship going.
I was in a similar sort of situation with this guy and he was making me feel like crap, and when I talked to him about it it turned out he had been completely using me in so many different ways and he didn't feel bad about it at all, so I got out of it as quickly as possible and I felt much better.
If he is just using you as a fuck buddy then there's no point seeing him if he's just making you feel rubbish, you deserve better than that. Or maybe he doesn't realise that's how he's making you feel, and if you talk to him then he'll see what he's doing wrong then he'll change.

It turns out it's ok actually haha. It was just we hadn't spent much time with one another properly for a while, but we spent a lot of yesterday together and we're shortly off for a day trip now. i also asked him yesterday in a half jokey way "I mean more to you than just sex, don't I?" and he said "of course!" so hooray. Thankyou for putting up with my silliness hehe.
