Newbie!!

Hi guys I have just purchased a very basic seeing machine and id like to try my hand at making some clothes. Is there any easy free patterns any of you guys can recommend for someone very new to sewing Happy thanks in advance guys xxx

Look for tutorials on here. Pretty much anything you can sew is available on here for free as a tutorial.

Circle skirts are a good basic, require some small amount of maths, but I got through that so anyone can Happy
The thing I find easiest is to use something already in your wardrobe that you like the shape of and copy the pattern (don't forget to leave yourself seam allowance when drawing round your item of clothing)

Restyling clothes by adding embellishments and altering thrift store clothes is a fun place to start. When I first began sewing I was altering thrift store clothes and quickly began making custom bell bottoms for friends. It's a lot of fun and you can get thrift clothes on the cheap. Have fun with it!
