Accesories?

I don't give a damn about trends myself, I shop for what I like. I won't go to malls either. mostly I do ross, thrift stores, buffalo exchange, and local music stores for my must have band shirts. All my tees are cut up.
I mostly wear flare jeans and am suuuuper picky about my pants. I only have 4 pairs of jeans (more than I have ever had in my life) because the have to make my butt look spectacular. I do have one pair of black skinnys with white stitching. I prefer to make my own look and fix up old cheap clothes.
as far as accessories, I love my retro purse. its hand painted with swallows and cherries and what-not. I am never seen without a belt on. I am between sizes so I don't want to show everyone my crack when I bend over. allot of the time I will wear more than one belt, one normal and one through just one loop so it hangs on my hips more.
I don't really wear jewelry. I am allergic to metal and it feels kind of funny. I will when I get dressed up. I love pearls.

the thing I spend the most on are dresses and lingerie, I have so many corsets and snitchers I don't know what to do with them all! I love high waisted stuff too. Im really into anything that looks like its inspired (or is actually from) the 20's-50's

you make me feel so happy im not in high school anymore!

I love deep v-necks and off the shoulder neck lines. pretty much anything that shows off the neck and collar bone. I think its the most attractive part of a female.

funny story about preppy girls getting happy about your own personal clothing choices, when I was in middle school I would wear skirts with pants underneath them. like jeans or, whatever. one day I didn't, a girl in my class said "your really coming around!" next season I see a mannequin with jeans under its skirt. one month later everyone in school was doing it. o naturally, I stopped. funny how trends work. that was pretty much the moment I was turned off of them.

I like trends but it's important to remember that it's got to suit you. It's all very well seeing models wearing stuff, but you'll just look silly if you can't pull it off. Like I never got into the skinny jeans; fat thighs and arse with miniature ankles doesn't work on me (not that I really think it works on anyway; I can genuinely say I've never fancied someone wearing skinny jeans). But a while ago the big thing was biker stuff - different blacks, studs, leather (or fake leather in my case), biker jackets, big boots. Yum, I got into that! And I like the big boho thing now. I'm gonna search round the London vintage markets this weekend to find a nice dress

Chelsea you are getting your cat declawed? really Happy

I can't wait until I don't have to see every other guy and gal on the streets over here in skinny jeans. Or leggings and flats Everyone dresses the exact same.

nautical/ retro/indie rocker thing is in across the Uk at the moment. I got very annoyed when the boho thing was in and even more annoyed at the 60s and 70s thing because I've always loved the style just never really wear my nice things because I go to art college, all my nice things are retro/hippy looking. I buy anything that's nice really, but wonder why I always buy stuff thats 'in' after a while of it being in, it's like I succumb to it, like I decide it's nice because everyone else looks good in it, but I'm my own person so it's not that.

We have one thrift store and the boys ranch where I live so you cant really do anything about that. It's pretty much the mall. You would just die Kearyn!Happy

Why so sad on my cat getting declawed? We have to because he's beating up my older cat.

Knittin' Kitten: Me to its moved on here to leggings and ugg boots now because its winter! But don't worry this coming spring they'll be back. Pumps are not really good for girls my age because it looks like there walking with a stick up there butt, funny to watch tho...Happy

The people in my school think I'm retro its hysterical!

I really like pumps, I can wear nice shoes without being 6 ft tall. I have 2 pairs I wear all the time they don't actually fit very well and the heals on one pair are really worn down. The 3rd pair are like a maroon colour with a bow but they hurt my feet and don't go with everything like my black ones. I need new shoes.

I wore these brown pointy toe pumps forever they were gorgeous.. That is until my toe nails got pushed back it was sickkk. I chopped them down to the nub so they would grow normal lol It was only two ties tho so I wasn't completely toenail less!

Chelsea: I'm sorry your cat is beating up your other cat, it's just declawing is horrible Happy Sorry, don't want to make you feel bad about it,but It is illegal in most places outside of the US as it is considered a pretty horrible thing to do to a cat, as claws are there defense mechanism. www.declawing.com

If you wear supports of some kind in your flats it should make you able to walk better I would think.

Yea I think its pretty bad myself but it has to be done where I live. Plus indoor cats don't really need to worry about to many threats other than the vacuum cleaner.

Smelly feet: Wear socks occasionally and put talc in your shoes and on your feet after a shower. If you step in puddles then leave them outside for a bit to air out and do it sometimes anyway. There are those things you can put in shoes to stop them smelling. I used to have really smelly feet lol they had dry skin on the soles they're normal and nice now though Happy I've started putting talc under my arm pits, I hardly sweat anymore, I use deoderant like but talc helps more!

I swear all you have to do is leave them baking in the sun for awhile. The bacteria that causes the bad smell dies when exposed to U.V. rays.
