I've had the same problem with foundations. The problem goes away if I use a mineral based one or at the moment I'm using clinique SOS foundation. They dont cover as well but they definetly work in reducing spots.

thanks! i've start using revlon's colorstay for oily/combination skin foundation and revlon's photo ready for a powder and so far so good! i also put a little bit of almay's concealer to reduce blemishes on and i like it alot.

have you heard of bb creams? if you haven't you should definitely check it out! it's like a foundation but has special properties like whitening and anti aging and even sunscreen! i use a missha one and it has spf 40!

as a makeup artist i LOVE Cargo's blu-ray HD powder...it's a little pricey at $30 but its the best powder i've used...it has multichromatic pigments that help the poweder deflect light in different directions to fill in the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles/etc....this also helps it to match multiple skin tones as it only comes in 4 shades i believe. what's also great about this powder is that it is very natural looking and doesn't look like u have a powder on your face....to touch this powder is almost like cornflour it's soooo silky and soft....it also has a great staying powder. Now on the much cheaper end, i also like Rimmel's stay-matte powder and it's under $5
