This is where I store the make up I use everyday, I tend to go in the other room to put make up on because the light and mirror is better so I carry it around Happy and next to it is my little pouch with make up brushes in:

and this is where I keep make up that I don't use all the time, in my draw

oops yeh i deleted my pics oh well lol

so anyway I bought bronzer! I bought it in 'light matte' so i wouldn't be a tangerine, but it doesnt seem to want to stick to my neck so I could see a difference in my face and my neck but hopefully only I could tell, I'll have to work on that! But it was nice to feel bright without being tangerine or using fake tan and sunbeds.

For my bday present this year, I'm going to Sephora and getting a whole outfit of high-quality makeup and stuff, for my first makeup set. I'm excited about the eyeshadow and eyeliner, I love eyeliner. Oh and mascara, it makes my eyelashes cast shadows on my face.

I do hate having to remove it though, it takes FOREVER

Same - eyeliner is just awkward to remeove. I've found though that using an earbud and johnsons baby lotion (a pink bottle if that helps) works really well removing stubborn eyeliner.

What do you all do to get rid of eyeliner?

I think I've mentioned before but I use Simple make up wipes. I don't know how I put up with cotton wool and baby lotion, I used that when I hardly wore make up though so didn't have to use it much. Wipes of any brand are good for all make up espeically mascara, but with liquid eyeliner its usually with a make up wipe and cotton ear bud. A lot of wipes now have different things in them and come in different ranges like moisturising, skin brightening or oil balancing.

Simple should give me a job!

I <3 MAKEUP...i find that watching tutorials is what's helped me learn most of what i know today...its hard to get some looks but like they say "those who cant do teach" so i find im better at showing ppl how to do their make up than actually doing my own...lol

FAVES
-black eyeshadow (matte)
-pearl eyeshadow (frost)
-browns (all finishes)
-purples (all finishes)

-black liquid eyeliner (because it looks great on everyone and is the easiest to use when doing the winged look)

-Dior mascara (probably the best mascara i've ever used)

-Melba blush (MAC)

-187 brush (MAC)

-Studio Sculp foundation (its a gel based foundation great for oily skin with a nice matte finish)

-Bare Study Paint Pot (MAC)
-UDPP
-Two Faced Shadow Insurance

So, I have a question about liquid foundation. I'm scared of it! Haha, I'm afraid it's gonna be thick or cakey or runny, but powder doesn't really work for me, it makes my face look powdery.

Anyway, so my question is, Is liquid foundation okay? What are some good brands? How do you apply it?

Well, thats 3 questions but whatever

I'm a massive Barry M fan. I've loved them about 15 years and they have always done the most amazing colours. I used to have a really pretty lilac shimmery lipgloss and an some electric blue nail varnish. I love their eye shimmer stuff too. It lasts forever Happy

Barry M do nice foundation in a pot which I find easier to work with than one in a tube. Although I also have a green tinted one for my cheeks which is in a tube (I think thats number 7) but I find that harder to control the amount I get. I invariably get too much and it ends up on a cotton wool ball.
Courtney - I put it on my moisturising my face a few minutes before and then putting a few dots around my face (normally cheeks, chin and above my nose) and then rubbing it in. I only use a little otherwise you can end up looking like you've plastered it on. I have a photo on my student id card from when I was at college where my face is a different colour to my neck! lol - obviously still getting the hang of it in those days!
