Garage Sale Finds.

I've been in a garage-sailing (lol) mood lately, and have found some steller stuff. I'll post pics later, but has anyone found anything rad this year? :]

when i lived in chicago we would just pick stuff out of the trash, people would throw amazing furniture away or just leave it on the curb, now that i live in milwaukee, which is really suburban there are garage sales ALL over.. I mean too on every street, its hard to find god stuff though.. you gotta really look hard!

ugh! I LOVE garage sales!

I can sometimes be scary looking [sometimes, because I have my "goth" days, then I have my "hippie" days, then I have my "raver" days, thats what people kind of know me for, my random styles] but whenever I go to garage sales, in WHATEVER getup I have, the people selling seem to like me. I've gottom more FREE stuff, than I have BOUGHT stuff.

I got this beautiful old engraved poem book for free, a psychadelic"goovy machine" window mat, shoes, makeup, tons of dean koontz/mary higgens clarck books, a used paintbrush set, and some old records. SO cool!

the stuff I bought, its ALWAYS awesome, but to much to write.

Like Magical Pony stated earlier, people in Chicago throw out some great stuff. I have found tons of great stuff driving through the alleys, like my computer desk and some really cool paintings.

My boyfriend and I recently got a like-new, hardly-used Kitchen Aid mixer at a garage sale for only $20. Best deal ever!

Oh man, oh man, oh man.
In the past week, I've been to three garage sails and I've spent $6 and I've gotten so many awesome things it's ridiculous.
Enough to keep me buys for at least a few days.

Seriously though, I got a copy of Esquire from 1973.
So rad.
