help please

Hi, I just found your site, tonight, through Pinterest. I have tried to open patterns, and it tells me I have to download another PDF maker? I can't use the one that I already have?
Someone please help, me. My computer doesn't seem to want to download this one, anyway I can use the one already on my computer? I would love to try some of the patterns that are here, especially the crocheted horse patterns, my niece called me today and asked me if I can make some for her daughter that is "horse crazy". please post here or even better would be to please email me @ sue_caswell@yahoo.com

Maybe it's a bug onsite.......sorry I don't know how to crochet though!
