Hi! New in Manila! Happy Originally from Bataan. I heard there's a Deovir store in SM Manila, haven't been there though. Would you happen to know places I could buy fabrics that's not expensive?

Is there really?? I've been searching high and low for Gel Medium and I can't find it anywhere with National book store being constantly sold out :|

They even sell modge podge! But i tend to make my own bwahahha

As for fabrics - I can only think of going to divisoria...or perhaps the less intimidating Quiapo (I go there for ALL my chain and beads and pendants...they're amazing)
