How do I do this bracelet connection?

I mean the bit where you can pull the ends and it tightens the bracelet, to loosen it you just make it bigger.
So how can I do this fastening/closure?

I've found a couple of different ways - it's either a 'sliding knot' or alternatively a 'chinese sliding knot'
