I'm starting tomorrow, I'm on here today for ideas. I'm having a Christmas party so I'll need games, food, decorations. Can't wait to get started, if anyone has any ideas? xxx

I usually craft like a mad person as soon as I get out of school...which will officially be the 15th! Not very much time this year, but most of my gifts are food, (cookies, Mexican cocoa mix,maybe sopapilla mix, homemade granola, peppermint bark, homemade tea blend, that sort of thing) the only real thing I have to make is a toddlers present,but it will be felt, so easy and quick to sew.

I've got all my shopping done and wrapping gifts is underway! I made coasters this year. I didn't find this site till after I had already gone by some different directions but am already thinking ahead to next year using this cool website.

Oi. I started last week. "Lamesauce" cross stitch wall hanging, tarot card pouch, gothic choker/neck corset, steampunk bracelet, butter mints, a solid perfume locket, and three hobo bags. I'm only a quarter of the way through! ARGH!

Yeah, sort of. I don't really need to craft for many people this year, because I only have to give my two sets of grandparents something; possibly something for my parents, but they need to tell me if they want anything! haha. My brothers wouldn't really appreciate handmade. (; Last year, however, I did crochet my little brother an AWESOME Lego 'minifig', which came out really good. (;

I've made my mom an angel for the top of our tree 2 years back; it took me a few months. Last year, I made one for my Grandma. It only took me a week. This year, if I can get to the craft store, I will make one for my other grandparents.. (:

Oh, and my little (9 year old) brother is helping me make a few origami christmas trees from a GREAT tutorial we found online.. He's surprisingly good at it!

I think that I will decorate them with a few of those little origami stars...

I also remembered that I am making a CD for my best friend of a ton of songs that she likes. *IDEA* maybe I'll buy an old book from our local store thats really cheap (I think that a guy is selling a few of his old ones for 50 cents) and decoupage the case with a few of the pages! When I (eventually) set up my Etsy shop I always thought it would be cute to wrap the things I sell in pages of a book..

Since I'm pretty much broke (okay.. about 10 dollars left over from my birthday) I'm making all my things. (thank god that my dad has a bunch of CDs. (;)

What I really REALLY want to try out is one of those cookie-mix-in-a-jar things..

Sorry for the long post, and good luck to everyone with their crafting!

i'm making everyone an ornament and i'm also giving them a cute mug with several different cocoa recipes i've created! my goal was inexpensive and cute, since i don't have much money and i have a lot of people to give to. buying in bulk has really helped.

I started mid-November but is panic time now. As usual I had ideas way beyond my limited time allowance. I have cards to finish, presents to finish and tree decorations to finish and all I want is for my cards to be written and given, my presents to be wrapped and my tree to be up and decorated so I can chill the **** out and enjoy the damn thing! :O
