These are pretty popular in the Hispanic communities. Especially around Valentines Day, then all the convenience stores seem to have them.

pretty amazing to look at.Cant see how they could be made, feathers are easily messed up.I use to paint on them and its not easy to keep them together.

My initial reaction was "These are tacky" but once I looked closer at them I appreciated the imagination and effort that went into creating them. I had no idea they existed; I guess TX just doesn't have stuff like that...until now
