WOW I just posted a pair of shoes that are very similar! Great minds think alike huh?

I used a clear sealant after I painted and it seems to resist water and keep the paint from chipping off, maybe try that?

I just used normal acrylic paint. I have never used the spraypaint acrylic but the texture may be different? Also make sure you strip away whatever surface coating is present before you paint, just roughing up the surface helps the paint stick better.

hmmm thanks Happy will do! i think spray paint acrylic is hard because i couldn't control how heavy it got, and the heavier the coats the worse i think it was for the sole.
