What do YOU do to stay in shape?

It's so hard to stay in shape these days. Everyone always has a busy schedule.
I want to get back into shape, but I am either too lazy or just never find the time! It's so frustrating! LOL
I am just wondering how some of you keep in shape while juggling so many other things! Do some of you have creative little ways to keep in shape or some crazy outrageous ways?(:

I don't to be honest which is why I'm such a big person. I watch How to Cook Yourself Thin which has great tips for eating a bit healthier and some simple little things that people can do on a busy schedule. One of which is housework, but I imagine most of us do that anyway. When I find time I try and do some excersize on the Wii Fit. I used to love going swimming but I couldn't afford to keep it up.

I just joined a local gym and I attend the hour workout sessions. They offer a load of different things like Pump and Tone, Cardio, Yoga, Zumba, aerobics, and another weight class. I also jog when I don't feel like going to the gym. Jogging always lets me clear my mind and listen to music. You never know what creative things you can come up with while jogging. ^_^

I would love to go to the gym! I just don't have the money to go there! Boo.. I did do wii fit for a while, but then our wii broke! When we got it fixed I just never started up again. My mother just recently got the zumba workout vids, I haven't tried them yet but they seem fun. I guess I just need more motivation, you know? To get my butt up and go jogging, but (I don't want to sound like a baby!) where I live there is a little high way so I get scared! I want someone to go with me but who? LOL (: I wish food was not the enemy at times! I love it too much! Hahaha! ^_^

I agree with Boo on the Wii Fit, there's only so much a Wii Fit can do to help you lose weight. I've got loads of dance/workout videos which I might get back out again? Since I never really liked jogging (I don't think you'll find many "cuddly" people that do) but I used to like bike riding, but again (like with the swimming) I outgrew my bike and couldn'y afford a new one. Happy

Mind you like some of you have mentioned I have poor motivation to actually do any excersize

Lolly, try going to a social dance class... I've lost a stone since I started a couple of months ago Happy It's great fun, there's a subsidised bar and it's an amazing way to meet people. I dance with 20 different blokes on a Thursday night Happy

Lolly I know what you mean! I have had my bike FOREVER and there is no way I can get on that thing now! It's way way too small now!

Sheila... Wow!! I bet your house is hectic (: Sounds like a very fun way to keep in shape! LOL I love that! Sounds a lot like my aunt ^^

Michelle this belly dancing sounds fun too! All that dancing sounds perfect for me. I want to get into it, but where I live there arent any classes I can go to! The closest thing they have to that is yoga at the local college but I took it already and it was only an eight week class.

Some day I'll find the motivation to get up and move it! (: Just like you guys!

I go up and down 7 flights of stairs every workday.... and when I go to town during the week, I walk.

I still need to get rid of my love handles and under-butt, though. >.< I'm hopefully going to be taking up Irish dance soon, again. I danced from when I was 6 until leaving college halfway through. It was mostly ballet, but Irish dance was my passion. I found a class here in Israel, of all places, that kicked my butt when I tried it out! I am just waiting for things to settle down a little before I start going all the time. Happy

PS: When I did all that dancing in my youth (lol--I am so old now ;) ), I had like, ZERO body fat. Oh, to be priviledged again.... :-P

I would be crawling up all them flights of stairs, well done you for being so active.

Speaking of passions and old Irish dance classes that you used to take up... I used to love trampolining and I would love to take up classes again.
