I'm thinking on making a dress for my friends wedding - not a wedding dress, a dress for me. Something formal, because formal or cocktail dresses are either expensive or not in larger sizes. And if they are they are hideous.
So I'm thinking on making something myself.

I made a wedding dress once, Moll Flanders inspired with a tight boned corset and a big old skirt, with an overskirt and drapey things on the arms. Came out rather well if I do say so myself=)

Thanks I definitely will! Next weekend I'm going shopping with a friend for her dress, my fabric, and some new makeup...colored eyeliner is my newest obsession haha.

I've been kinda not making things lately...I just recently started back up again making jewelry and hats, small things like that, so I'm excited to be making more clothes again.

oh,I have to go to a crazy wedding in may too!Its crazy because its our friends wedding and Im sure its not going to be a "boring" wedding.There will be a concert too!
But I have no money for clothes,so Im thinking of redoing my old clothes and shoes.The only problem is I dont have any ideas for the dresses...and I want to make a hat and clutch...

for some reason I have it in my head that i need to make a 50's Swing dress for this summer; I'm in search of a pattern...which isn't coming along too well!! But I'm looking~!

I found it in a blog(cant remember the name...) and I have a ripped belt at home for the "cage" part.I have only one pair of high heels and Im going to destroy them!
The swing dresses look really cute from a dotted fabric!

Yeah I was thinking dots or a skull pattern if i can find it! And I found I pattern so I'm off to buy that this weekend! YAY
