wow! thanks for everyone's ideas.. i'm gonna get a list together and start making my happy box asap! if it turns out well i'll post it as a project, and list all you guys who've helped me with ideas Happy

I couldn't put chocolate in my happy box, I'd eat it Happy I'm really bad with my self control arount food.

I'd put pictures in of loved ones, like my nephews... ALSO your most favourite music or films!!
Blood & Chocolate (a film, not literally them two things as seperate entities!!) makes me soooo happy and relaxed when I'm down.
Also CO+K and crafting, though you couldn't put that in a box.

This is such a great idea! If I was to make one I would put my butterfly book, some boiled sweets, one of my John Hegley poetry books, some pretty beads, some CDs and a hot chocolate sachet Happy
