Hey, I'm Karen, 27yrs old. I'm from Dublin, Ireland but I am living in Iceland for the last 3yrs with my boyfriend(who is also from Dublin)
I love being crafty, but have only really gotten into it since moving here. Loved drawing when I was younger, but got "persuaded" by my mam to do music instead lol So now I am rediscovering it all and loving the creativity I find online with sites like this one!

Living in Iceland is very expensive! It's good though, beautiful country and lovely people too.
The ring is ok, but I didn't have enough beads of the same size, so it will just be a test one for tonight I think ;) Thanks for the welcome

I enjoyed reading everyone's posts and although I'm the oldest person here, so far, I hope to get to know all of you and share in our common interests!
I moved to a small farming town, from a fairly large city. I am married, have two grown children and two grandaughters.
I share my home with my DH, 2 dogs, 1 fish and 10 birds.
Crafting is a passion! You name it, I've probably done it!
I hope to be able to share my knowledge and help out with problems and/or post some different crafts.
