Well, I weight 125, and I'm 5 foot 2.
I'm going to a small fashion shoot in 4-5 weeks. So I'm looking for ways to lose weight.Its just my legs that I'm concerned about. And I'm not really into starving myself.So I'm looking for easy foods to eat and exercises.
Help would be strongly appreciated<3
Whoa whoa whoa.
You don't need to lose weight, I was 5 lbs heavier than you when I was 5'2" and not overweight.
So what you need to do is cut out sodas and limit sugars, and ride a bike for about 30 minutes evry day (it tones your legs!).
U wont lose much weight (because you dont need to) but instead you'll tone up and look better.
It's nearly impossible to lose weight from one specific part of your body, your body takes the fat off from wherever it needs to and you can't control it. And if you're wanting to tone up your legs don't overdo the cycling or running or whatever, because too much exercise like that will just build up your muscles and you'll end up with really chunky legs instead of the toned ones you're after!
Bloody hell, you don't need to lose weight. I've been trying to lose weight for about 2 months now, because I'm obese (lost 1 stone, 2 pounds!!) I wish I had you figure.
But Izzy is right, don't over excersize your legs otherwise they will bulk up. Try swimming, it gives you a general workout all over your body, it might help with your legs, it might not...
I keep telling myself Im not fat.
But like, I feel fatter then all the girls around here. Though most of the girls i know are jealous of my body because im not a stick. lol.

But anyways, working out is a good thing to do, fat or not.

and change the precentage of milk you drink
say you drink 3.2ish percent change from that to 2 or skim.
yeh..eck..watery taste is not good, but you're decreasing the fat income

Courtney, if your not a stick, and not extreamly over weight there are most likely alot of people that would kill to have yer body.
Well actually you can't "just add muscle" because the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn... And muscles are heavier than fat, so maybe you'll even gain weight first...

You definitely don't need to lose weight. Try Pilates. It will really elongate your muscles and make them stronger without bulking them up. I'm so not athletic, but found Pilates fairly easy to do. It's similar to yoga. I'm sure you can find these exercises online or go to a used book store and you'll find something. You don't really need any equipment b/c you use your muscles as resistance.
Muscles actually develop from fat...believe it or not...your body has to have some fat to burn to turn into muscle...that's my problem...I don't have enough fat to develop muscle....ARGH...but I got muscle...not the muscle I want..but it's there hahaha!
