I think that you kinda fold it up to put it in and then it pops back into place? I was looking into it a while ago.

Once it goes up it pops back into original shape ready for collection of fluids, and then you just take it out and empty+ wash when you need to!

I know it sounds odd but before I started using the mooncup I was terrified of my vagina haha, I wouldn't put my fingers up it because I was afraid of scratching it with my fingernails- I was ridiculously precious about the whole thing. It really helped me come to grips with it! For that alone I say it's worth buying, haha.

I am definitely going to be trimming that darn stalk, I cannot sit comfortably at all! Other than that, I took it out once after two hours just for practice, which this person reccommended and it feels fine!

Just something that other people may need to be aware of - when I first tried to take it out, I completely panicked because I couldn't find it. But on the website it said to use your vaginal muscles to push it down until you can reach the stalk, and that works fine for me. Now I've got the hang of it, it's working a wonder.

It wasn't that I couldn't find it, I seriously thought that with all that suction, my insides would come out! haha But you just have to give it a second and it comes out fine

Yeah I cut so there's not much there. To get rid of the suction you squeeze the bottom of slide your finger up the side to break the seal thing
