Literature

it's kinda hard to talk about books without spoiling it for other people, it's good for finding new books though

and everyone reads different things and there are just sooo many books so if you do want to discuss them, people may not have heard of them or have access to getting them.

Well at the end of the day, this is a crafts board, so there will be other things on everyones hit list first. If you like books so much you should join a book forum, I'm not being smart. There are forums/boards out there for everything you can imagine, this just happens to specialise in crafts and creativity..

Sure we natter a bit about other things that interest us now and again, but crafts and creating will always be foremost in the threads.

There are so many craft books and stories about crafts, it's amazing there are not more posts. But I find the literature forums are always the slowest. Even on literature forums.

I find it a bit sad as well. But it's ok. I have library thing. And that's the best site for booklovers and collectors. <3

I actually agree with your Opposites. I wasn't really thinking about "this is crafts" and "literature is... not a craft". I was thinking "this is a board with "literature" on it, and its amazing!. But I completely agree, EVERYONE here [I'm assuming] Is into crafts, so of course that will always be the priority, but not everyone here loves books. STILL, I've found so many cimilarities in the crafting community and myself, I'd love to be able to read more about what kind of books they like, and compare/contrast it to myself

Okay here is a little a poem i made...i think its concidered literature...right lol


As I look outside I begin to ponder what to do.
No need for glue when I have needle and thread.
Bring to life a brand new creation is what I do best.

As I sing a little tune I bring a smile to my soul when I see how well I've done.
No need to cry its all about bringing the inside out.
If those see my creation as no good. I know there are those that will care on what I've made.

Finding those who appriecate my art of creating was no where to be found.
Till I clicked an image from a google search and found my home.
Here in Cut out and keep and forever I will keep my soul and heart in its new found home.

Now pass me the scissors I am onto my next new wonderful project. Hohay!
