Maxi Dress Help

I've been wanting a maxi dress for some time and I've decided I want to make it myself. I'm going to get a matte jersey but the only problem I have now is deciding the design

I found a tutorial for "Le Sac" dress here on CO+K and fell in love with it. But just this morning I discovered "the infinity dress" here as well. I love how cleaver both designs are but I want the dress it be easy going and light (which makes me favor the le sac dress) but I love how many ways the infinity dress can be warn. However the infinity looks less easy going do to the bulk fabric (plus it'll cost more). Has anyone worked with either of these designs, and how successful was the final product?

What would you recommend?

I would try out Le Sac first. It looks easier and if your not super confident in your sewing, I would go with that one. And also if you mess up while sewing, its not a lot of fabric going to waste. I haven't tried either of those but I do sew a lot. So I'm just looking at the tutorials so guess which one to do Happy

Yeah that's what I went with Happy (project soon to be posted)

I'm pretty decent at sewing... the le sac dress was so simple and quick to make I can't wait to make more for friends. After really looking at the infinity dress I thought it was cool but not very flattering despite the many ways to wear it :/ Thanks for your input Happy
