Need some new clothing ideas

I need some new ideas for what I can do with the kinds of fabric I use.
Right now, I have satin, lightweight woven floral fabrics, and some Halloween-print quilter's cotton.
I already have plans for the satin and floral fabrics, but I need a good idea for the Halloween print. It's really cute stuff--black with silver outlines of cats and skulls and cross bones. Actually, this is it exactly:

I know I have at least a yard of it. I want to make something from it, but have no idea what. I usually don't wear kitschy or cutesy stuff, but I love this fabric. I don't want to make PJs from it. I would like to make a top of some sort from it.

Both are neat ideas. Thanks! Not much of a horse person... though I might make or line a purse with it.

You can always make a sewing kit Happy that's what I did with my scrap fabric. But if you really want to make a top I'd probably pair it with a solid black cotton or maybe some black lace to make a cute pieced together or appliqued top so you just have hints of the print.

How about a Sorbetto tank top? You should be able to get one out of a yard, it's a free pattern, and you could add some sweet accents to it with some black lace or some cute buttons.

If you really like the fabric, you can make a tank top, by tracing another tank top.
Or if your even more skilled, u could make a cool dress like these by HellBunny: <img src="http://i954.photobucket.com/albums/ae30/nekozorro/Clothing/rock%20goth%20punk%20cloths/MRC4032-2.jpg" width=150><img src= "http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k256/heidigirl_AU/TrashStreet/FORTUNADRESS.jpg" width=300>
lol I thought i'd mention them cuz i was just drooling over them online. I love their graphic prints ...i wish i could make one >.<

Those dresses look like they're pretty easy to make.
I think I might make a one-shoulder top from the fabric I have.

It's just two circle skirts with a sweetheart-neckline bodice. Tongue Easy pattern to find and mod.

I just got home from a 6-day vacation... maybe I'll finally start my top soon.

i was thinking an arm-warmer out of the fabric, like a cowl but on your hands so its smaller but thicker (no idea if thats the right name for it)
