How to make a Quagsire plush? (From pokémon)

My friend LOVES quagsire, its her favorite pokémon. But I'm not really sure how to make one.. I'm not good enough at drawing him to make a template, and even if I could I'm not sure how to add the arms as they're sort of attached in the front, not a part of the body.

If anyone could draw me a template that'd be great, or perhaps suggest something easier then a plushie, or explain how to add the arms, etc...

If you can find a good picture, you could print it onto shrink plastic (you can buy stuff that is printable) alternatively you could print out on paper, lay regular shrink plastic on top and trace it. punch a hole before you bake it then when its done you can turn it into a keyring or necklace, make two and you can do earrings, more and you can attach on a necklace.
Or you could customise a tshirt. print your pic onto tshirt transfer paper and iron on. Sometimes its fun to embellish on top once its set - you can embroider, add buttons etc to jazz it up.

Thanks bindiibabe, didn't realize there were so many easy ways to make him.. I'll look for shrink plastic next time I visit the store..
