Oily Thread? Please Help

Please Help!!! I have a Janome RE1306 and everytime I thread up and start sewing my white thread is coming out a blacky grey color looks like it could possibly be machine oil. Havnt had my machine long and has done it ever since I got it does anyone know how I can fix this???? Thanks

Clean it as thoroughly as you can and check the oil in it. If that doesn't help, you may need to get it looked at by a sewing machine shop.

did you buy it new, and get a warranty? Take it back to the shop
have them ck it out.
