Does anyone have an instax?

I know they are ridiculously high priced, but the instax are so.darn.cute...!

how do they work? any tips for using? (if one mysteriously did fall into my lap lol) what sort of pictures do they take? good? bad? ugly?

I'm wisting after the neo-classic, which looks like my old minolta and the pictures look very much like the ones from the old diana toy cameras. In this fantasy land I would also have the heidi swapp white and gold cozy for it ^u^ Computer

Which one would you get?

howdy! I have a instax mini 8 and I ADORE it! it takes some nice pictures and the film is not to much. I buy film in bulk and save it for special occasions. my thing about the mini 8 is that your really shooting blind, you don't get to see what it will look like so your first pack of film will most likely be a test and it may not turn out to great :p as for tip on using go on youtube and look up the one you want and watch some reviews or just tip videos on them. I have had my mini 8 for 3 years and I can say it has brought me new friends lol. every time I take it out at a party everyone gathers around and are like "oOoO WOW! what's that? can I have a picture? can I take a picture?" hope this helped!Love

Ohh I have a few Instax and I love them all. I tried a polaroid camera with some of new film they've bought up but I hated how the shots turned out - so the Instax with a nice surprise. It's really easy and the shots look like classic polaroid ones. The film is a little expensive, but my friend in Japan sends it to me for cheap and I stock up when I'm over there.

Also, I don't know if you know about the Instax printer? It prints the photos just like the camera but connects to your phone, so you can re-print any photo you like! Love

Hi, I have a instax mini 8 and a instax 100. I've only used the instax 100 once due to its weight and general bulkiness to handle, the mini 8 I find far easier to use. There isn't much difference in price regarding instant film.
An instant back which takes the mini 8 cartridge is available for the Diana F+ but this actually costs more than buying a mini 8 instax camera.
