Best photoshop program

I'm looking for the best/easiet program to edit photos. I want to change the background, add text and maybe collage some photos together.
These examples:

I can't find other that I am thinking of, but the background is plain or pretty, not the normal background you have when taking a photo.
Also does anyone know if there is an app for iPhone that does it too?

Well the best photo editing programme I've used is Photoshop, but unless youre prepared to take part in some illegal activity it is rather expensive. Gimp is pretty good too and rather cheap.

I dont think you can change the background, but you can certainly add text and makes collages with photobuckets in- built program and its very easy to use.

theres some apps that add stickers and text but you need gimp or photoshop to fix the edges and cut out the shape of the item to put on the background unless you wanna print it do it by hand and scan it back on

picnik.com

Since Picnik is no longer active I would try www.picmonkey.com . Or even MS publisher, if you have that (Though that's more work for you than it is to just plug some pics in and add text). Both will work.

I use Gimp for anything serious but it is a little tricky to get used to. For that reason I sometimes use the more basic programs for ease of use with simple editing. I find Irfanview useful for combining multiple photos and grabbing frames from my video's. I also find the print setting useful as well for sizing printouts exactly. This may be useful for pattern printing.

If you have the money - probably Photoshop is better as training and hints on use are more widespread.

I do use picmonkey, have for a couple of years now. I got pro when it was first released, but I can't afford it any more. I also have the free CS2 that Adobe have made free for everyone.
